2.  Enter your username and password at the top of the page.  (If you have not registered it is very easy, so go ahead and register.)
3.  Click the "Request Service" tab on the Homeowner's Page.

HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A STREETLIGHT????

Oncor Electric is responsible for fixing streetlights in the neighborhood.  To report a streetlight problem to Oncor through the web, please do the following:

1.  Click this link to be taken to the Oncor webpage:  Streetlight Repair
2.  Once on the Oncor webpage, click the "Community" tab select "Streetlight Outage Reporting" from the drop down menu.
3.  Click the "Streetlight Outage Reporting Form" link from the middle of the page (or from the leftside menu).

Or, if you prefer, call Oncor at 1-888-313-4747 to report the problem streetlight.  Either way, Oncor is suppose to fix the the reported problem within 15 days.
